Grotto Meats is more than just an idea! From the depths of our kitchen, a meatshop has emerged. After months of brainstorming, we are in our newly renovated space at 611 N. Wallace! Let’s just say, it definitely feels like a Grotto. It’s small, secret, and underground. Chef Nic built walls, hung lights, laid brick (not really), lugged an enormous deli case down the stairs (with some help of course), and we are open and ready for business! We’ve stocked our fridge with charcuterie, ribs, smoked chickens, house-made sausage, and lots of love. Origins post coming soon.
